Shipping Policy

Order Processing & UK Delivery

​​Our custom-made apparel is created just for you, and that means we need a little time to make sure every detail is right. Please allow 5–10 working days for your order to be made and ready for dispatch.

​

For UK deliveries, we use a Royal Mail Tracked service, so your order will be in good hands from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives at your door. Your tracking number and tracking link will be added to the My Order section of the website once your order has been dispatched.

For Europe and the Rest of the World, shipping rates are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Where an order is shipped directly from us, it will usually be sent using a tracked service, with tracking details added to the My Order section once available.​

International Delivery & Regional Fulfilment​

​We’re pleased to offer international ordering on selected motorthreads products.​​

To make delivery smoother, we work with fulfilment partners in the EU and USA. Where possible, EU and USA orders may be produced and dispatched from within those regions, helping to reduce delivery times and avoid many of the customs duties and handling fees that can apply when goods are shipped from overseas.​

​

Please note that local taxes, VAT, sales tax, customs duties or handling fees may still apply depending on your location, the product ordered, the fulfilment route used and the rules of the destination country. These charges are set by the relevant authorities or carriers and are outside of our control.

Where charges do apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for checking any local laws, import rules or restrictions before placing an order. If an order is delayed, returned, seized or destroyed by customs or local authorities, motorthreads cannot be held responsible for any resulting loss, product cost, shipping cost or additional redelivery charge.

 

​If an order is returned and a second delivery attempt is requested, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and as every piece is custom made to order, we have a simple return policy in place. For this reason, we can only accept returns if the goods are faulty or not as described. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Caring for Your Garment

  • Turn inside out and wash in cold water (≤30°C).

  • Use a gentle cycle or hand wash; skip bleach and harsh detergents.

  • Air dry where possible; tumble dry on low if needed.

  • Do not iron directly on the print — use a cloth if you must.

  • Store flat or hung — avoid folding on the print to stop cracking or creasing.

Your DTF print will stay bright and soft for longer if you follow these simple steps!
