The Spondon T-shirt is inspired by Spondon Engineering, founded in Derbyshire in 1969 by Bob Stevenson and Stuart Tiller to build bespoke motorcycle frames. Their twin-spar aluminium beam frames became legendary in road racing and the UK streetfighter scene, housing everything from Yamaha TZ engines to Grand Prix two-strokes, and earning near-mythic status among builders who worked with them.
